Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions and procedures for using the md-log service provided by Deveart ("the Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means the md-log web and mobile applications provided by the Company and all related services.
  2. "User" means a member who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Content" means the documents, handwritten annotations, images, and the like that a user creates or uploads to the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service screen.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the extent that does not violate applicable laws, and upon amendment will announce the effective date and the details of the change. Past versions are made available for viewing.
  3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw.

Article 4 (Contents of the Service)

The Company provides services including the following.

  • Viewing, reviewing, and archiving work/analysis reports (Markdown) generated by AI agents
  • Viewing on web, mobile, and tablet, and stylus/finger handwritten annotation
  • Version-history management in which every save is recorded as an immutable version
  • External integrations such as MCP (Personal Access Tokens)

Article 5 (Sign-up and Account)

  1. A user applies for membership by agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  2. A user must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date, and the user is responsible for managing their account and authentication credentials.

Article 6 (Users' Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

A user must not engage in any of the following acts.

  • Misappropriating another person's information, or fraudulently using accounts or tokens
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service, or accessing the system without authorization
  • Posting content that violates applicable laws or public order and morals, or that infringes the rights of third parties
  • Commercial use without the Company's prior consent, or excessive automated requests

Article 7 (Rights to Content)

  1. Copyright and other rights to the content created by a user belong to that user.
  2. The user grants the Company permission to use, store, and reproduce the content to the extent necessary to provide the Service (storage, synchronization, display, and backup).
  3. The Company does not use a user's content for any purpose other than providing the Service.

Article 8 (Provision, Change, and Suspension of the Service)

  1. The Service is, in principle, provided year-round, but may be temporarily suspended for reasons such as maintenance, malfunctions, or force majeure.
  2. The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service as required for operational or technical reasons, and will announce material changes in advance.

Article 9 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Service is provided "as is," and the Company makes no express or implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
  2. Users are responsible for backing up their important data themselves.
  3. The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, causes attributable to the user, or failures of third-party services.

Article 10 (Fees)

Individual users may use the Service free of charge; however, this may change in accordance with changes to the Company's policy, and even if the Service becomes paid, the Company will not arbitrarily process any payment without the user's consent.

Article 11 (Termination of Contract and Restriction of Use)

  1. A user may withdraw at any time through the features within the Service.
  2. If a user violates these Terms, the Company may restrict the user's use or terminate the contract after prior notice (or after-the-fact notice in urgent cases).

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall be the competent court for any dispute relating to use of the Service.
